This traditional Chinese medicine technique uses a contoured stone to improve qi, blood & lymphatic circulation in the face & neck. It is designed to ease tension, and reduce inflammation and puffiness. My webinar is designed to teach you the basics of tension melting, facial gua sha in an easy, accessible way.

*All Gua Sha tools require the use of a face oil. Do not do gua sha without oil, you will damage your skin.

These tools are shaped with two indents at the top that perfect fit into tight neck muscles. The curved sides of both the swoopy heart shaped beginner tools and the more rectangular green jade tool, fit into cheek contours and jaw line. You can do a lot with them to melt tension, reduce headaches & jaw clenching, and to improve the health of your skin. Regular facial gua sha can improve skin elasticity, collagen production, reduce the appears of fine lines and wrinkles, improve circulation in the face, and help reduce puffiness.

The big difference in the pro tool. It is sculpted with the W to perfectly fit the contours of your cheek bones. This reduces the time you need to spend on your cheeks compared to the beginner tool. PLUS this tool is large enough to work on the body!
