The nature of Oriental Medicine is the the practice of holistic health care medicine. By focusing on the maintenance of health and prevention of disease it can assist the body to regain it's balance and natural rhythm.
Oriental Medicine includes, (but is not limited to), Acupuncture, along with herbs, diet, moxibustion, and energy balancing techniques such as Qi Gong. All work together to support good health and harmony in one's life.
Co-operation between the practitioner and client is a critical part of this practice to empower the body to heal itself.

Kathryn received her Masters in Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine and Qi Gong Certification in 1994. She is qualified as an advanced Qi Gong practitioner and instructor. She has traveled to China to study Qi Gong with her master teacher. She is also an advanced N.A.E.T. Practitioner. She has been practicing NAET since 1998. Kathryn specializes in chronic illness and chemical toxicity. She believes deeply in the body's restorative power to heal and is dedicated to helping others regain their health. She is a highly qualified and skilled practitioner with many years of experience. In the evaluation and assessment process, Kathryn brings a variety of options to help you find the best treatment plan for your healing journey.
